What guarantee do you offer?

I can only guarantee you a total commitment to optimizing results for your project. You'll benefit from my many years of experience in marketing communications, and proven ability to use the right words, to target the right people, get them involved and take an action towards a purchase... from you! I can also guarantee you this. I want to work on many projects for you, and I'll always apply the effort necessary, so you never want to go anywhere else!

Can you help me with more than copywriting?

Yes, I can. I have a very broad-based background in marketing communications, from small, local companies to very big, international companies. We simply need to discuss what you need. I'll ask questions to make sure I understand all of the 'parts' of the project. Then I'll help you find the best way to get it all done, efficiently and effectively.

If I use your services, how does it work?

When you decide you'd like to know more, how I will work with you, and costs, here's what will happen. First, we'll need to spend time discussing your project. I need to fully understand what you need to accomplish. Once I'm sure this has been achieved, I'll prepare a full proposal that will itemize the 'parts' of the work I'll do. When you approve this proposal, an upfront payment equal to 50% of the total will be required for me to initiate the work. The 50% balance will be due upon your final approval of the work.

What if I don't like your work?

Through our initial discussions and a brief form I'll ask you to complete, this shouldn't happen (and never has) to a degree that isn't 'fixable.' In fact, my fee always inlcudes two rounds of major editing and revising of your project. After this, I also include a final round of 'light' editing' to make sure we get all of the copy and formatting exactly right. IF for some reason more is needed, I'll do what I can to make you happy, but we'll need to agree on a set number of final edits and revisions. (After that, there will be hourly charges for further editing and fine tuning.) Rest assured, I will do whatever I can, within reason, to make sure you are happy with my work. I won't let you walk away unhappy. I strongly believe in superior customer service, and it has always provided a solution that works!

How do I know we can work together?

That's a great question to ask. The truth is, right now, we don't know. Only communication between us will provide that answer. Here is what I CAN tell you about what I've learned. Like any situation where two or more people come together to do business, similar business values and business philosophies will be at the core of how easy it will be for both of us. If you choose to discuss your project with me, we will cover these important issues. I've found that this provides a very good starting point, and you'll feel more comfortable quickly.

Who 'owns' the work you do for me?

The short answer is, I own it until it is paid in full. After that, you own it, unless we have chosen a business relationship based on a fee, plus percentage. I don't do this often. This requires a long-term agreement. Additionally, I reserve the right to use any work I have created as part of my overall portfolio.

How do I pay you?

Via PayPal, you can pay me with a debit or a credit card. If you prefer to send me a check, that's ok, but it will delay the actual start date for the project, until the check has cleared.

Can I contact you now?

Absolutely. I welcome your further questions at any time. This is the best way for you to learn more about how I can help you, and establish the all important trust and credibility needed for a successful business relationship. I will always get back to you, depending on time zone differences, as quickly as possible. My contact info is at the bottom of every page on this website. Once you become a client, you will be provided with a 'private' email address through which to contact me.
